The Pallet
Retention System (PRS) family of products is a complete workholding solution designed to eliminate bottlenecks by allowing more parts to be held and moved in and out of the machine faster than any other workholding method. The universal Base (pictured left) accepts six different sizes of paIIets (also known as fixture plates). The system is operated by standard shop air, spring powered with 2000 lbs of holding force and repeatability of .0002". This manual paIIet changer simultaneously improves productivity and reduces labor. |
