Every workholding system starts with the universal PRS Base. The Base uses two double sided locking mechanisms which provide a downward retention force of 2000 lbs. The failsafe system is air actuated for releasing pallets and spring powered (not vacuum powered) for the locking action. Pallets repeat to .0002" due to the precision ground locating pins. The cast iron construction assures excellent rigidity.

Pallets range in size from 6"x12" to 10"x16" and locate on the Base with .0002 repeatability. 6061-T6 Aluminum assures easy machinability. The underside locking surfaces use hardened stainless steel for long life. The tops of these standard pallets are blank and ready to customize. EZ Pallet Features:
1 - All the same basic features of standard PRS Pallets
2 - Comes complete with Mitee-Bite Pitbull Clamps (Size and number of clamps varies between pallet sizes)
3 - Designed to hold standard widths of bar stock in ¼" increments from ½" to 2"

These pallets are identical to Standard PRS Pallets, but have been engineered to hold standard bar stock sizes in ¼" increments. These pallets are great for first op and single op work. Each pallet comes complete with the appropriate size and number of Mitee-Bite Pitbull Clamps. Up to 1500 lbs of clamping force for ½" and ¾" barstock sizes and 3600 lbs of clamping force for barstock sizes 1 inch and up. Custom sized pallets are also available.
